VDAB Career Cheques
Popcorn is recognised by VDAB as an authorised career centre. This means that with a career voucher worth 45 euros, you can receive 4 hours of personalised job coaching. A second career voucher costs 45 euros for 3 hours of coaching. If you meet 5 conditions, you may use career vouchers:
- You live in Flanders or Brussels
- You are currently working full-time or part-time as an employee or self-employed person
- You have a minimum of 7 years' work experience as an employee or self-employed person
- You have not received any career guidance or job coaching in the past six years.
- You are willing to participate in job coaching in Dutch.

How does job coaching work?
- You choose a experienced coach from your area
- We start with a free, no-obligation telephone introductory talk lasting about 30 minutes. During this conversation, we listen to your questions and needs and explain to you step by step how we will work together at Popcorn to find your professional recipe. We will also check whether you are entitled to career cheques and explain how to apply for them.
- If you decide to get started, we will put our schedules side by side and make an initial appointment. Depending on your situation, the process will be spread over several months.
- Our Popcorn coaches take an innovative and results-oriented approach and come up with a concrete action plan together with you.
