Meet Paul, our career coach in Antwerp
All my life I have been working with people, personal development is a guiding principle in my life, both as an HR professional and also as a coach at Youth at Risk (YAR). After my studies in Social Work (Human Resources), I continued to hone my coaching competences through training courses at Insights, coaching courses at YourCoach in Ghent to finally obtain my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through ICF.
Coaching and personal development is about gaining insights into your own patterns, your automatic way of acting, and then looking at other options so that you have a choice and get a different result.
Working with people gives me satisfaction, gives meaning to my life. I love seeing people make strides. That is my drive, my energy, my mission in this life.
Trust, listening and connecting are my main keys in this. At heart, I am a rebel, however subtle in interaction.
