Team coaching
As a business leader or manager, you outline the lines within which the team leader and the team must move. You set the direction and goals,... but ultimately they are the people who need to put in their best performance.
The best team results occur in teams where people know each other well, know what the other is (less) good at and show respect for this. If the noses in the team are not pointing in the same direction, there is no movement. You team crashes. Of course, this not only affects the development and growth of the team members themselves, but also stands in the way of your business growth in the long run. Addressing this internally and breaking fixed patterns is no easy task. Just because you are in the middle of it yourself.
