With experience as a coach and trainer in the social profit sector, I am driven by connecting with and between people. There, I learned to be decisive and empathetic at the same time. Discussing difficult topics and supporting people in their learning process is nothing new to me.  My sincere enthusiasm and confidence in everyone's abilities drives me to accompany clients and support them on their own journey. With great enthusiasm and drive, I enjoy helping people feel better in their job and beyond. I enjoy working with clients to find what motivates and balances them, where their challenges lie and where their job satisfaction lies.
