Ilse Van Wijnendaele

Ilse is PhD in psychological sciences and aggregate for teaching psychology. She knows the academic world and the social sector inside out through her years of work experience at, among others, Catholic University Leuven and through various coordinating and managerial positions. She is passionate about knowledge, books, personal growth, coaching and training and has been working as a (career) coach for years. She is convinced that greater self-insight and awareness is the 'secret' of any development. Her academic background keeps her theoretical, curious and, at the same time, critically constructive in her approach to all kinds of issues. That said, she has both feet firmly on the ground and pragmatically looks at what is possible. Ilse is energetic, passionate, dynamic and critical. She has a direct style, humour and tackles confrontation with love. Time and again, she gets into the flow during a coaching session, bringing energy, dynamism and consciousness expansion spontaneously.
