Jan Verhaegen

After a 38-year career in sales, management, HR and coaching, I have chosen what has given me energy for years: helping people grow, discover new insights and make beautiful choices in their (professional) lives with a lot of "goesting". I describe myself as an open, honest and empathic person who listens with great enthusiasm to everyone's questions and knows how to deal with them creatively. As a coach, I find it important that everyone can feel good about themselves. Everyone has a right to a better future. Together, we look for what drives you. What gives you energy and warmth, what are your core values, what gets you out of bed in the morning with enthusiasm and what makes you feel good. Change starts with yourself and goes hand in hand with personal growth and development. Together we discover your steps towards a better balance and a work that works through self-reflection, good conversations, exercises and action plans.
