Do you feel that things could be different in your work, but you're not quite sure how or where to start? You're not alone. With gentle pragmatism, a touch of humour and a great deal of respect for your pace, I will guide you as you explore which choices really suit you.
With a background in interior design, a postgraduate degree in IT and more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, I know from personal experience what it feels like to change direction. Career questions are rarely just about work. They touch on who you are, what you need and what re-energises you.
Authenticity is central to my coaching. I create a warm, safe space where you can share your story – without judgement, without haste. I listen carefully to what you say and to what you imply, and ask questions that provide insight into what is holding you back or feels unclear today. This allows you to continue on your own and regain clarity and direction.
