I am a passionate and certified career coach and process facilitator, and my mission is to help people and organisations (re)discover their own potential. A PhD in biology, I have 20 years of experience in the analysis of living systems, and as an experienced coach and process facilitator, I have been guiding individuals, teams and organisations to bring out the best in themselves since 2013. My approach is deep, systemic and authentic, where we put your career questions in a different and clear perspective. Through interactive exercises, together we fillet your job challenge to the core. Expect self-insight, tools for better relationships at work and inner leadership to tackle your job-related challenges. For those who want, I also offer coaching with the help of horses. An efficient and very instructive methodology to gain quicker self-insight.
