Introduce yourself briefly and state what triggered you to join POPCORN.
As an HR and Change Consultant, I have earned my spurs by fulfilling diverse assignments ranging from HRBP to HR project consultant and Talent & Change Manager. This diverse experience provides the ideal foundation for my passion: coaching individuals and teams. As a career coach, I have successfully guided many people to positions where they not only thrive, but where they can also develop their true talents. This fruitful journey gives me immense satisfaction!
What makes POPCORN so attractive to me is the culture of open communication and the dynamics within the group. Here, knowledge sharing and joint learning are central, which makes my professional heart beat faster. POPCORN's progressive nature provides a stimulating environment in which I can use and continue to develop my expertise, and that appeals to me greatly.
Why do you love doing your job as a career coach?
Guiding people towards a happier work life does not feel like work to me, but rather a passion in which I can fully use my talents and experience. Together, we strive for a beautiful result, and this process is a true source of satisfaction for me. During coaching, my clients discover more about themselves, which not only enriches their professional lives, but also stimulates my own personal growth. Each session brings new insights and learning moments, for which I am grateful. It is a mutual learning process that further enriches the meaning of my work.
POPCORN has 3 values: personal connection, originality and spunk! Choose one and state why it suits you.
I cherish the belief that every person is unique, with their own set of special qualities that can enrich the world. The belief in the potential to bring out that uniqueness makes me feel strongly connected to the core value of originality at POPCORN. I am excited to make my contribution in an environment that values creativity and authenticity.
