Popcorn is ontstaan uit een warme samenwerking tussen Recha Bervoets en Rik Loenders via Track Abilities. Samen hebben ze heel wat ervaring in loopbaanbegeleiding en het coachen van medewerkers en teams in bedrijven.

Work happiness is what I stand for and want to pass on to others. I have been enjoying my job for many years now. Reloading and returning to work with full enthusiasm after a weekend or holiday, I grant it to everyone! That is also what I strive for in my projects. Years of experience in human resources definitely helps me with this. It has given me strong people skills and insight into human drives. A valuable combination that I like to use as a coach for others. Within Popcorn, I guide and coach both teams and companies around themes relating to performance in the broadest sense, as individuals (themes such as career, grief & loss, stress & burnout, entrepreneurship).
I also get particularly energised by supporting other coaches on our team. The 2-way learning is so valuable and makes me enjoy going to work every day!

In that order, these are the things that make me happy in my career. I am always driven by result orientation and clear communication.
