As a coach, I work at the intersection of emotional depth, self-development and professional action. I coach people who carry a lot within them: ideas, responsibility, sensitivity, and find that their current way of doing things is no longer right.
My style is calm and sharp at the same time. I don't work with ready-made answers, but with attentive presence, focused questions and room for movement. Whatever you bring: your thinking, feeling, doubt or resistance, is allowed to be there. From there, we make sustainable choices that feel right. With me, coaching is not a journey without end, but a defined process with a clear goal.
I start from my curiosity for the person behind the job, behind the behaviour. My strength lies in authenticity, the combination of feeling and doing, and my ability to really see others, without judgement or noise.
