I have been passionate about people and their motivations since childhood. Involvement, commitment, adaptability and empathy are traits that characterise me. I love being a listening ear and showing interest in what concerns and drives people. I really enjoy working with people and want to support and guide them to help them grow and develop further in their jobs and careers. Giving people confidence, making them believe in themselves and pointing out directions in which they can further develop professionally drives me daily to give the best of myself!
