With more than 30 years of experience in IT consulting, I have built an exciting career in which my focus gradually shifted from technology to people. As a manager, I soon discovered that my real interest lay in what drives people, how they function and grow in a professional context. My passion for leadership and personal development grew over the years. What gives me the most satisfaction is not the technical solution, but guiding people to their full potential.
