I feel lucky to have been able to do my job with great job satisfaction for many years. Reloading and returning to work with full enthusiasm after a weekend or holiday, I wish it on everyone! That is also what I strive for in my projects. Years of experience in human resources definitely helps me with this. Besides strong people skills and insight into human drives, it has also given me a solid background of the labour market. A valuable combination that I enjoy using as a coach for others. In terms of coaching style, I am often described as warm and empathetic, yet gently confrontational, which often results in remarkable growth with clients.
