I am a certified Master Coach with a specialisation in career coaching, stress and burnout coaching.

As an ICF ACC-accredited coach, I work according to international quality standards, respecting ethics and being results-oriented. From my own experience as an entrepreneur, employer, employee and self-employed person, I understand the reality of workload, choice stress and change. I bring that experience into every counselling session. Whether you are a worker, employee, self-employed, team leader or CEO - with me you do not get a standard route, but guidance tailored to your situation. Together, we look for perspective, motivation and direction that suits you. I work within recognised VDAB career guidance programmes, but my approach is always personal and in-depth.

In each session, I listen carefully to who you are, what blocks or moves you, and what direction suits you. My focus is not on filling in boxes, but on clarifying who you are and where you want to go.
