I joined Popcorn because I totally identify with their values: personal connection, originality and spunk. In addition, they guarantee a qualitative and down-to-earth service where they only work with experienced coaches with a background in HR. I personally find that a great added value that really sets them apart.
Why do you love doing your job as a career coach?
I have a genuine interest in people and their careers. From my job as a career coach, I am lucky enough to get to know different people, different sectors and different jobs each time. I strive to make others experience as much job happiness as myself. I am still amazed at how many people do not feel completely at home in their jobs. Few take action, often because the mountain is too high. I do guide them on that journey to a job with more job happiness. And hopefully their still inspires others and convinces them to take action too.

I can totally relate to Popcorn's three values. Pit is perhaps the value I agree with the most. I personally think that good coaching can use some spice. By challenging coachees and holding up a mirror to them, I challenge them to step outside their comfortable frame of mind. And those new insights often lead to key moments in coaching.
